Seascape’s partnership with Moonbeam and the numerous wonders ensuing this team-up has been the trending news on the network for weeks now. Right now, I’m no longer terrestrial, I’m celestial and I’m shooting for the moon with Moonbeam.🥰

Profit Circus

Profit Circus is the first DeFi game of the Seascape Network. In the Profit Circus, users stake their LP tokens to earn freshly minted Crowns, proportionate to the amount staked over the period. The game originally was launched on ETH then later on BSC.

Ensuing her partnership with Moonbeam, Seascape has brought her games to Moonbeam. Starting with the release of her first DeFi game Profit Circus on Moonriver, a companion network to Moonbeam.

Scapestore

Scapestore is an online marketplace on the blockchain peculiar to the Seascape Network. Members and users of the Seascape Network can visit the online store to buy Seascape’s exclusive NFTs called scapes.

Solarbeam

Solarbeam is a decentralized cryptocurrency exchange network built on Moonriver. On its platform, you can lock up assets into smart contracts, and traders then buy and sell cryptocurrencies from those pools, swapping out one token for another.

Features of Solarbeam

Solarbeam has the following features on its menu of applications: Swap, Pool, Farm, Vaults, Locker, Bridge, Faucet, NFT Launchpad.

Swap

On the Swap menu, you can swap MOVR for any of the tokens from their list. Solarbeam Exchange lets you easily swap between $RIB, $SOLAR, and $MOVR tokens.

Pool

This gives you the opportunity of creating liquidity for any desired coin or token. By adding liquidity you’ll earn some percentage of all trades on this pair proportional to your share of the pool.

This can be done by depositing some amounts of two cryptocurrencies into an existing pool on Solarbeam. Fees added to the pool, accrue in real-time and can be claimed by withdrawing your liquidity.

Farm

Solarbeam farm is a yield farm. It enables cryptocurrency holders to earn rewards on their holdings. With yield farming, you can deposit units of a cryptocurrency into a lending protocol to earn interest from trading fees.

In the farming process, you stake, to initiate the farming process, or ‘Unstake’, to withdraw funds.

NFT Brawl

NFT Brawl is Seascape’s second DeFi game. In the game, users play to get fresh and newly minted scapes. In NFT Brawl, players use Crowns to get NFTs whose rarity is in proportion to the number of Crowns staked. These NFTs are referred to as Scapes and can be collected and traded on various DEXes.

Just after the conclusion of Profit Circus S1 on MoonRiver, Seascape releases NFT Brawl S1. Join others now to play. All Scapes in this season are Gen 0 scapes.

SeaDex

SeaDex is the first decentralized exchange of the Seascape Network.

On SeaDex, traders are able to swap MOVR for RIB, and RIB for MOVR and both tokens are natives to the Moonbeam Network. SeaDex currently runs on Moonriver, a companion network to Moonbeam.

Overview of Moonbeam

Moonbeam is a Polkadot Parachain primarily designed for Developers. Moonbeam simplifies the developer experience by combining full Ethereum compatibility with the power of Polkadot, including scalability, cross-chain integrations, and on-chain governance.

This simply means that Moonbeam makes available on the Polkadot blockchain codes that were originally made for ETH. The primary purpose of the Moonbeam Network makes it somewhat similar to an EVM (Ethereum Virtual Machine) howbeit, it offers much more.

MoonRiver

Also, a part of Moonbeam is a subsidiary network called Moonriver. Moonriver, for those who are not aware, is a Kusama parachain that supports Ethereum dApps by providing a full Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) implementation.

Moonriver is a companion network to Moonbeam. It aims to provide a permanently incentivized canary network for Moonbeam. This means, it will operate as an experimental blockchain environment for Moonbeam and will be used to test features using real economic conditions.

To enlighten further, any new code/project to be launched on the Moonbeam Network will start at Moonriver. Here, the new code is tested and verified under real economic conditions. Once proven, the same code ships to Moonbeam on Polkadot.

Moonriver has its accepted means of exchange. The official token of Moonriver is MOVR.
